Our Cell Difference with Other Suppliers(Very Important to Read)
1. Diameter: 136mm, bigger than other suppliers. One cell could produce more H2 gas.
Inside reaction PEM membrane: 100mm diameter.
Other suppliers inside reaction membrane: 80/85mm diameter.
2. Electrode and micropore panel: both use 100% Titanium 1 Metal.
Some suppliers use stainless steel with welding as micropore. Which will corrosion after
Using some time. Some supplier use thin Titanium plate.
We use thickness Titanium 1plate! Which is top level quality grade among Titanium.
3. Mostly Important! Single membrane cell voltage: ours all small than DC 2.5V !
Mostly customer maybe not know this technical data.
it is the directly indication for the cell quality and technical skill. Lower is better!
4. Outside Panel: 316 Food level stainless steel. 4mm thickness.
Some other supplier use Aluminium plate, which will produce polluted water and futher
damage membrane gradually.Whole cell lifetime is shorter.
5. SPE-600 has two H2 output ports from two side. Which guarantee two side membranes
are both full of water. Water and electricity are both on average.
Some other suppliers only has one port. Will cause far away side membranes short of
water.will cause drying possibility.
6. Pressure membrane Technology: Ours use Chemical Precipitation Method. One piece
membrane two sides both Pt metal. One membrane need 2 days for making. Catalyst
already osmosis inside of membrane.
Some other suppliers use hot pressure. Batch production with machine. Only pressure
catalyst on the surface of the membrane. Could not osmosis inside of membrane. After
using some time, catalyst is very easy to fall off. Whole cell lifetime is shorter
7. Cell lifetime: As long as use qualified water and proper current.
Our cell average lifetime is 5--8 years, Others is quite shorter
8. Lower Price: As we directly sell, save middle selling fees and other fees.
